1. Shipping Destinations

We currently provide delivery services to addresses within the United States and Canada. At this time, we are unable to ship to international locations outside of these two countries. For shipments to Canada, please note that international import regulations may apply, which may include mandatory duties, taxes, and customs compliance requirements.

2. Order Processing Period

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment verification. Important processing notes:
  • No order processing, shipping, or delivery occurs on weekends or public holidays, including U.S. holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving) and Canadian holidays (e.g., Canada Day).
  • For Canadian orders: An additional 1–2 business days may be needed to validate shipping information, prepare mandatory customs documentation (such as commercial invoices), and ensure full compliance with Canadian import laws. This step is essential to facilitate seamless cross-border delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Window

  • United States: Delivery is expected to take 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Canada: Delivery timelines vary by specific destination, ranging from 10–25 business days after dispatch. This timeframe includes cross-border transit and customs clearance procedures, which may differ by Canadian province or territory.

4. Shipping Partners

  • United States: Domestic orders are primarily shipped via USPS, a reputable carrier with comprehensive nationwide coverage.
  • Canada: We collaborate with USPS International for cross-border shipments to Canada, ensuring reliable transit. The final delivery provider may be determined based on factors such as destination address, package weight, and requested delivery speed to maximize efficiency.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking number. For U.S.-to-Canada shipments, tracking updates may only be available until the package reaches Canadian customs or is transferred to a local delivery service. Subsequent tracking can be accessed via the Canadian postal service’s official website or the carrier’s international tracking portal.

5. Order Tracking Instructions

After your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you, including your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s real-time status.
  • U.S. Orders: Tracking information updates in real time, allowing you to track your package from our warehouse to your delivery address.
  • Canadian Orders: Please allow up to 48 hours for initial tracking updates to appear. Once the package departs the United States, tracking updates may become less frequent. We recommend using the Canadian local postal service’s website to obtain the most up-to-date delivery details.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package experiences significant delays or is marked as “delivered” but not received, please follow the steps below:

For U.S. Orders:

  1. Check with family members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk, mailroom) to see if the package was left at an alternative location.
  2. Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to inquire about delivery details or report the package as missing.
  3. If the package remains unaccounted for, contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

For Canadian Orders:

  1. First, allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, as customs clearance or international transit may result in unforeseen delays.
  2. Use your tracking number to check with local postal services or Canadian customs authorities—packages may be held if duties, taxes, or additional documentation are required.
  3. Confirm with family members, neighbors, or local delivery facilities (e.g., post offices) for any missed deliveries.
  4. If the package is still missing after these steps, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date (to account for extended international transit and customs processing).
