We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will not be processed for requests submitted after this 30-day window.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- No signs of wear or laundering
- All original tags and labels intact
- Original packaging included
For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including final sale products and those marked "Non-Returnable." These exclusions are clearly indicated on the product page.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for size or color. If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original purchase for a refund. In cases of defective products or incorrect shipments, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label (where available).
- Change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong size, no longer needed): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Before returning any item, please email
[email protected] with your order number and reason for return. For defective items, include clear photos of the issue. Our customer service team will verify and approve your request, then send you detailed return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the processing status via email promptly. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Note: Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

For Canadian orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier are non-refundable. Upon return, we will refund the product price (and original shipping fees only if required by law and the return is due to our error). Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the refund.
